Oil change, lube and tire rotate I smelled oil after I left from my oil change. When I checked under the hood there was oil spilled around the oil fill cap and around my engine com I smelled oil after I left from my oil change. When I checked under the hood there was oil spilled around the oil fill cap and around my engine compartment. I would have appreciate if the service tech had taken the time to clean it up. More

Wonderful customer service. The wrong part was ordered for my car despite me calling several times to confirm it was available. Unfortunately, the part did not fit my car proper The wrong part was ordered for my car despite me calling several times to confirm it was available. Unfortunately, the part did not fit my car properly. The service staff was extremely apologetic and worked very hard to correct the error. They had the correct part in the next day and they arranged the installation just 2 days later. Kristie was able to juggle things around my crazy work schedule and accommodated me in every way she possibly could to make the trip back as convienient as possible. I understand that mistakes will happen, but this service team truly bent over backwards to correct the mistake and I just couldn't be more pleased with their customer service. This experience made me very happy that I purchased my car through this dealership and am using their service department. I will certainly continue to trust them with the maintenance of this car.
