Oil Change I came in on a Friday afternoon and was in and out in under 45 minutes. The only thing I didn't like was that I had a check engine light on and they I came in on a Friday afternoon and was in and out in under 45 minutes. The only thing I didn't like was that I had a check engine light on and they asked if I was going to have things fixed. I told them I wasn't in a financial place to fix something without knowing what it was and could they tell me what the codes were. They said they couldn't without running a diagnostic check which would be $90 and then if I was getting things fixed that day, that would be applied to my service. So I wasn't able to find out what the codes were and have to go someplace else to get them read. I had received a coupon right before Christmas for $25 good toward any service (other than tires) and had called to see if that would apply to an oil change and was told it would be. Upon arriving, I advised them of the coupon and they indicated I couldn't use it on the oil change because it was already on special. Aside from those two things, I've never had any issues and love the speed, ease of getting an appointment and the service they provide. More

Took 2 1/2 hrs to put a battery in car charged $236. Will never go back to this dealer again! Somehow they made heater unworkable.
