She followed up with a call on the diagnosis and the service was completed and I was able to pick up my truck the very next day. Outstanding turnaround time and service. I saw that my car was ready and noticed that the service advisor was on a call on her work phone while swiping through messages on her cell phone as I was waiting to get my car so that I could get on my way to work. Slow service I’ve had four or five scheduled appointments for an oil change and tire rotation and three of those appointments have taken a full two hours. Each t I’ve had four or five scheduled appointments for an oil change and tire rotation and three of those appointments have taken a full two hours. Each time I am told it will only take one hour. I was offered a free car wash one time and most recently was given a $25 discount, however I would prefer to just get in and out in about an hour. More

Better but still not great. We brought our car back to Brogden reluctantly after an awful previous experience. The scheduler lured me in with hopes of a new Service Manager and t We brought our car back to Brogden reluctantly after an awful previous experience. The scheduler lured me in with hopes of a new Service Manager and the previous service advisor that “assisted” us having moved on. One positive is that our warranty repairs were actually performed this time (3000 miles shy of the end of our bumper to bumper). However, we dropped the car off at 7:15am and had to call 3 times to get updates on whether it would be finished same day. At 4pm we were notified we’d need to wait to pick up the car until the next day due to “ordered parts.” This begs the question that had the repairs started earlier in the day, could the necessary sealant have been delivered same day rather than 7am the next morning from the parts shop? All in all, if you need an oil change and tire rotation, you can take the car here. But for anything more serious, maybe try somewhere else. More
