Normal oil change, tire rotation. Right at 2 hours Had an appointment on a Saturday afternoon for oil change and tire rotation. Took just under 2 hours. feel I was forgotten .. I got to the service dept approx 10:30am to have my front left tire checked. After sitting past noon finally I got someone to get Kristie Brown the yo I got to the service dept approx 10:30am to have my front left tire checked. After sitting past noon finally I got someone to get Kristie Brown the young lady that was helping me to check on my tire that was suppose to be repaired. She said it was up on the rack then for repair. She proceeded to call me "hon" a few times (I'm 70 years old) and finally I asked her not to call me that. I waited about a half hour more and asked her again and response was it was up on the rack. Finally my car was done and the young man that brought my fob said the left rear tire was put on BACKWARDS (yes Brogded is the one that did it) and she asked me if I wanted it turned around now but after being there all morning I couldn't wait any longer .. I left at 3:30pm Now I have to make another trip to get my back tire turned around !!! I do understand I didn't have an appointment but no one ever came to tell me why it was taking so long.
