Great company and people to work with I'd brought my 2018 Denali in for an oil change and tire rotation and Kristie Brown informed me I had a warranty issue on my transmission, which was a I'd brought my 2018 Denali in for an oil change and tire rotation and Kristie Brown informed me I had a warranty issue on my transmission, which was also something I wanted them to look at. She took care of everything for me and got me out of there in a loaner car. I will 100% return for any future service on my vehicle and recommend my friends to use them as well. My first service in my new Buick. I was called to bring in my new Buick for it’s first service. Even though I was early for my appointment, I was met immediately by Allison Leach. Came in for scheduled oil change Came in for oil change. When it was done the service manager told me the change oil light would not go off. It would probably reset itself. First oil change and tire rotation I had a 9am appointment, but I know they did not even begin to do the service until 9;25am or later. They then got it done very quickly (like in 15-2 I had a 9am appointment, but I know they did not even begin to do the service until 9;25am or later. They then got it done very quickly (like in 15-20 minutes) for both the oil change and tire rotation which made me wonder if they really rotated the tires ( I know the oil looks new). More

Returned to dealer and advised tough thats the way it is. We will call if we get a call back on "Tech Ticket". This has been frustrating issue for some reason can't seem to fix a sound clunking situation with rear axle, springs or shackle set up. Work has been done but after a few months the problem is back worse than ever. I have had better response and handling in the past but that entire group of service people have changed since my visit the last week of January. Really want my vehicle fixed. More

I do think they forgot to reset the oil change monitor as the message still comes up to change oil soon... The one big negative is I had an appointment for 2:30 p.m.. Just took a long time. I think everyone was extra busy. I really think the sales department has done such a great job,, they have oversold the service department. I think it would be helpful if Brogden had an upscale "Jiffy Lube" type of facility to handle just oil changes and minor repairs like tires, wipers, lights and etc.. More
