My emergency was handled perfectly I was broke down on the side of the road in a 2016 Encore (that wasn't nearly old enough to break down. I had my kids and was panicked. I called Ern I was broke down on the side of the road in a 2016 Encore (that wasn't nearly old enough to break down. I had my kids and was panicked. I called Ernesto in service that calmed me down and told me to get a tow to his dealership and he would provide a loaner car until ours was repaired. And that is exactly what I did. I felt comfortable with the repairs and he took extra long to make sure the repairs were correct because I was about to go out of town. Thanks Service Department and especially Ernesto. More
