It was very pricey, tho, putting in a new battery, over $200.00. I would have never been able to locate the battery, as it was under the floorboard behind the passenger seat! My experience with dealerships in general, is they “always” find another issue, a wheel alignment due to a rear tire in my case. I’m not saying it wasn’t needed because how do we know? But it has happened every time I take a car back to a dealership in the last 30 plus years. More

Very upset I took my 2015 Yukon Denali in for the break recall, oil change and to check the breaks because they were squealing super bad. I get the car back and the rep told me that the mechanic said there was nothing wrong with my breaks that they checked out fine. I took it to Randy Curnow and the breaks were definitely bad. Got them changed and went about my way. More

Basic oil change The attention from my service advisor was up to my expectations the day after the service I have a low tire light on and the tire pressure is at 36 lb The attention from my service advisor was up to my expectations the day after the service I have a low tire light on and the tire pressure is at 36 lbs PSI I added air and the light is still on and the read out on the Terrain shows no air pressure for the front left tire. Now I have to make an appointment and return to your dealership for service. Not really a dealership issue but this will take 2 hours of my time to return to the dealership to repair a sensor on an SUV with only 15,000 miles More
