Extremely Poor Service I’ve never received such poor service. We had great service when we bought the vehicle but the service department has been nothing but a disappointmen I’ve never received such poor service. We had great service when we bought the vehicle but the service department has been nothing but a disappointment. I was told misleading information in regards to my warranty. The service rep told they would look into and get back to me soon. After 2 weeks with no response, I called to see what had been done. Absolutely nothing! When I inquired I did not receive an apology nor a reasoning. The service manager tried to tell me my car was used- definitely not, I purchased brand new 7 years ago. He insisted that I just must be ‘confused and mistaken ‘. I think I would know if the car I purchased was new or used. I explained to the service manager that I requested a refund, as my husband was able to investigate the problem and this information was relayed to the service team. I basically spent $100+ for them to tell me what I already knew! When I asked for a refund, service manager laughed at me and rudely told me ‘how could your husband know much about cars’- I explained that my husband was very knowledgeable on cars and recently rebuilt an engine in his truck. Service manager laughed at me and said ‘no refund, as the service technician deserves to be paid’. I felt I was taken advantage of and treated extremely rude- after all, I’m the one who had to initiate and make all the phone calls. More

Very pleasant Service advisor was pleasant, informative but not overwhelming. It took just under an hour to change my oil and rotate the tires, which is reasonable Service advisor was pleasant, informative but not overwhelming. It took just under an hour to change my oil and rotate the tires, which is reasonable. The car was clean when it went into the shop and clean upon its return. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. The coffee and cakes were appreciated. Everyone is always pleasant when I bring one of our vehicles in for maintenance. I used a coupon for $49.99 which is a fair price for the professional work performed at Brogden. More

Good service but it was 2 hours and made me late for work. My service visits are typically great. This time, I scheduled an 8 am oil change appointment so I could make a 10 am directors’ meeting. Unfortunately My service visits are typically great. This time, I scheduled an 8 am oil change appointment so I could make a 10 am directors’ meeting. Unfortunately, I was handed my keys shortly after 10 am. The service was great as always but I left frustrated by the length of the visit and embarrassed about arriving late at work in front of my CEO. The person helping me was apologetic, but excuses don’t cut it at my workplace. More
