Very easy and pleasant experience I brought my Encore in for an oil change and tire rotation October 19th. Kristie Brown greeted me with a smile and before I knew it, my car was done! Maintenance I had an oil change, tire rotation, alignment, & my monitor in my car looked at. I was a little surprised that I did not get a phone call telling me t I had an oil change, tire rotation, alignment, & my monitor in my car looked at. I was a little surprised that I did not get a phone call telling me they were going to keep it overnight. They also did not put air in.my tires. It always was part of the whole oil change before. Too long for a part that was in stock I made appointment at 7am to expedite this repair. Vehicle finished 24 hours later with part in stock. Service new what needed to be replaced but it took three days? I don't see Service having initiative to get things done in timely manner. The service writer Jason is kind and professional...not sure your writers influence the mechanics promptness. More

Customer attention lacking I am not writing this with disgust or anger. I had an unpleasant experience here. I usually get my oil changed here and have not had any issues. This is the first time I have needed service on my Buick. I set up an appt online Friday due to an engine light on and the car stalling. The appt was scheduled for a Monday at 2:00. I was called that day (Friday) to see if I could drop it off now. I did and thought this is great. I had to call the service dept on Monday at 5:30. I was told they would call back. I didn't hear from them. I called again on Tuesday at 3:30. I was given the recommended care and accepted. I was then told there is a transmission leak and I needed to get dye injected and come back. I left the car there for another night only to find there is no evidence of a leak. I still need to bring it back in a week. I paid 25 dollars for dye to find nothing. I picked up my car only to have the nice smell of smoke in my car. Looks like someone that smokes drove my car for a bit. That was a nice ride home with the windows open to remove the smell in 40 degree temps. Highly disappointed with the lack of communication in a customer service driven industry. If I was called on Tuesday morning the issue would have been fixed and I the "leak" possibly found. But I was the one that called that afternoon. Just poor customer service. Allison was the "service" person I worked with. More
What’s happened to great service? Went in for a scheduled oil change, which took over 2 hours to complete...ugh. They always do a multipoint inspection as part of the service which is nice. During the inspection Allison the sales rep said I needed an air filter as the existing filter was extremely dirty. I took her word that it needed to be replaced and told her that was fine. I fully expected to pay for the new filter which was roughly $30; however, I was surprised that I had to pay an additional charge for the labor to install the new filter, since the old filter had already been removed. In addition; Allison asked if I wanted my tires rotated, I told her no as I needed two new tires on the front and could I get an estimate for the new tires. When checking out I discovered that they had indeed rotated the they put the 2 worn tires...WTHappy? More
90 min I waited 90 minutes for the second service on my new vehicle. Not sure what to expect, no interaction with staff, no review of status or needs. I arrived early, did not expect to be accommodated for that. Employees are always very very busy. They took my key I signed the service paperwork. 90 minutes later I was handed my key and they pointed to my car.Seems everything must’ve been OK or I would have been told otherwise. Not sure which female employee was assisting me. Appreciated having the sticker on my windshield to remind me of the next service point,this was not complete last time More
