The service manager Dave and team are responsible for this review. The team is customer focused, fair and effective. From greeting to goodbye the staff continues to provide excellent customer care from warrantied vehicles, used cars out of warranty and even other makes and models. Yes, the GM certified technicians speak all car languages. In my most recent experience I had the biggest misconception about dealership repair cost being excessive in comparison to mom and pop auto repair. This is not true, if you value your vehicle and want to see it last for years to come through proper maintenance and care, take it to your certified dealer, take it Brogden and let the subject matter experts care for you and your car. They performed a miracle for my daughters vehicle as I said before, no nightmare...but very happy and safe ending. More

Battery was dead on my 2019 canyon. Service could not help. Dead battery but they could not replace it since it is under warranty. Makes no sense. She said it was GMC policy. Routine service Oil change took over 2 hours. Service attendant reported that they had no oil filters in stock and had to send messenger for more. The car was retur Oil change took over 2 hours.
