Not satisfied on how the service person named Christy handle Kristy did not let us know that it would take three days until we would get my vehicle back. I had to call to find information on what was the status Kristy did not let us know that it would take three days until we would get my vehicle back. Kristy continued to tell us it was either being test driven and she would call back when it was ready. She didnt ever call Had I known it would take three days, I could have rented a car. I didnt thinking that my cmvehicle would be done. I feel Kristy could have told us that it would take three days because they didnt have the part as I found this out later. Oil Change Can in for my first oil change on my new car. Had a appt for 8:30 and did not leave until around 10:15. Prez Taylor sold a car to my friend before Halloween. Was to send out a check and never did. I called him in November to remind him and he said he would get right on it. It is now December 20th (another month) and still no check and I cannot get him to return a phone call. When you call the dealership to ask for a manager you get pushed around to a voicemail that has no name. I guess they got the sales they needed and customers are not important after the fact. I bought my son used car for $8000 at Olathe Dodge and Mike in sales as called me twice to see how things are going. I spent over $30,000 at with Prez and got nothing in return. More

Helping an Okie traveler with an on road issue We were in Olathe when we noticed a screeching sound in our front brakes--on a Saturday afternoon. We found Robert Brogden on line and went there. We met Dylan Cash at the service door and explained the issue and said they were backed up and would not be able to get the vehicle in. A very nice and polite gentleman. We asked when we could get in as we were going to be in town until Tuesday morning. He explained that if I could have the car there Monday morning at 7 they could get me in. He then explained that he was off on Mondays and took me to meet Allison Leach and explained the issues. She assured me that they would get me in. Well Sunday happened and 8" of snow later I was at the door at 7am, Allison hadn't came in yet but Dave Hosley, service manager was and I explained the situation. He invited me to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee and they would get right on it. 2 hours later I was back on the road with a new set of front brakes. Top shelf customer care, service, and price. If I needed a new car in the future and wasnt 500 miles away, I would not hesitate to shop Robert Brogden. More
