Broke my wheels! You couldn't rotate my tires because last service your tech over tightened a lug nut that you wouldn't remove. On Tuesday, December 10, 2019, I took my 2018 GMC 2500 HD Denali into Robert Brogden Buick/GMC in Olathe, KS for a “service emissions“ light that had appeared. I was told by the service department that my ve Denali into Robert Brogden Buick/GMC in Olathe, KS for a “service emissions“ light that had appeared. I was told by the service department that my vehicle will need to remain in the service department to diagnose further. After my vehicle had been at dealership for three days, on Friday, December 13, 2019, I received a call from the service department informing me that my vehicle had fallen off the lift and there has been significant damage to my truck. On Saturday, December 14, 2019, I went to the dealership to view and assess the damages that had been caused. The general manager of the dealership was not available due to a recent medical condition, so I spoke with Dave Hosley (Service Manager) and Phil Skid (General Sales Manager) both of whom took full responsibility of the damages while my truck was at their facility. The meeting with both individuals concluded with their idea of “making me whole again” was to repair the damages to my 1.5-year-old truck (which I purchased NEW) and give it back to me! I believe, I should be entitled to a vehicle of the same condition that I dropped off to them, NOT a damaged vehicle that will carry with it a diminished value due to the ACCIDENT THEIR DEALERSHIP CAUSED! Now, I purchased a new vehicle because I know that particular vehicle comes straight from the factory after having met and gone through rigorous testing, inspections, met safety criteria, comes with a manufacturer warranty and I can rely on while driving it for work and with my family. I am beyond frustrated with Robert Brogden Buick/GMC in Olathe, KS and their customer service in handling this particular situation. At this point, I am not sure if my manufacturer warranty is going to be avoided, or if after these repairs, will there be any additional warranty to cover repairs and what guarantees can they offer that there will NOT be any future underlying issues that could arise from the damages caused to my vehicle while in their possession that I could financially be responsible for?! To top if off, Robert Brogden Buick/GMC would NOT offer me a “courtesy vehicle” in comparison to my truck, which they damaged, so I had to personally get a rental truck from Enterprise Rental which I have been driving to this day (January 29, 2020), with STILL No acceptable resolution on behalf of the dealership to this issue. Time will tell if Robert Brogden Buick/GMC will resolve this matter acceptably. More

Waiting room is small and cramped, with minimal seating. Routine service takes longer than other dealers I have been to, even with an appointment. Their customer facing service people never seem terrify organized. The waiting area wifi is slow, when it works and drops connections regularly. This is a bare bones, basic dealership. Their service technicians do acceptable work, but don't plan on waiting for your vehicle. It will be longer than it should be in a mediocre facility. More
