Wouldn't honor their GMC coupon The service was fine, but they would not honor the GMC coupon for $20 off. They said it was a mail in rebate. I showed them the email and they said yeah it's a mail in and you need to fill out this form. The form showed at the top CLEARLY that the form was a mail in rebate that is only good for Winter Service: Valid ONLY 11/1/2019 - 01/31/2020. It's March. I pointed this out and they continued to argue with me and said the email from GMC was not correct. The email stated INSTANT $20 off. Not surprised, Brogden is notorious for being dishonest. I only came back because of a recall on the Yukon. Time to find a different GMC dealer. More

I brought my brand new Terrain in for the second time. Met with the service manager to express my concern for safety as well as annoyance for the issue in a brand new car. He proceeded to tell me the vehicle “just needs to get used to me driving it” belittling the situation. Had the vehicle for less thanb24 yours calls me back and says there is no issue with the car and I need to come pick it up. They knew the issue is random. Extremely upset with the lack of caring that has been given to me. Will not be back to this dealership and will be telling everyone about my experiences and advising them and anyone they know to go to a different dealer. Ridiculous. My car is brand new 2600 miles and it’s been at the dealer for 14 days of the 3 months I have had it. The first time it had to be towed. Horrible service. More
