Sold us a "certified" car that went through a front end acci Horrible experience. After telling us they can't certify a vehicle that was in any accident (and selling us for 45 minutes on how wonderful their 172 Horrible experience. After telling us they can't certify a vehicle that was in any accident (and selling us for 45 minutes on how wonderful their 172 point inspection is) we felt good about getting the certified car. Found out 3 days later by chance that it had been in q major front end accident. Ended up getting a different car but it was a frustrating experience. And our original salesman, Pres, never called us one time to ask how he could help. Craig was rude as well. We will NOT buy here again. Aaron, the Used Car Manager, was the only good thing about our experience. He was excellent. More

Other dealers were in awe of the vehicle. Your game is to offer good deals on new and then pound on the used car to make your money. The sales manager would not even give me the time of day after I stood my ground. Jake and the lady who demonstrated the setup of the Yukon were wonderful. They even sent some big guy out to tell my auto was high mileage. We had already been to two other dealerships, but they did not have the colors we wanted.
