Service department needs to improve. Scheduled appointment was ignored and my vehicle sat for an hour after Scheduled time before getting worked on. I brought my car in for accident repairs. I specifically pointed out what I visibly seen when I dropped the car off to Mark. When I went to go pick up the car after repairs were done, the pla I specifically pointed out what I visibly seen when I dropped the car off to Mark. When I went to go pick up the car after repairs were done, the plastic piece that was replaced from the accident had scuff marks. You could visibly see the dent behind the plastic piece that i pointed out wasnt done.. Plastic covering to the front door handle screw was missing and you can see gouge marks from removing that plastic piece. Screws for rear light and bumper were hand started. Front door and that back door both don't open as smooth as the opposite side. I was told they didn't do anything with the front door even tho I can clearly see the gouge and plastic piece that was missing. I sent it back for all of the issues to be resolved and asked about another section being taken care of. The other section i won't write about here.. The 2 doors weren't re-adjusted to be smooth opening like the other side of the car. Bumper screw was still not tightened down. the gouge was taken care but not like it was but my rubber molding seal is now white now. I went to a bigger place so that it was done the right way. I want it taken care of the right way. Disappointed!! More
