My truck was scratched during the service. I spoke several times with the service manager, Mike Mayeaux, to get this situation resolved but to no avail. Mike told me several times that he would supply me with the video thst showed that the scratch was not done while at the dealership, he has not. We sat together and watched the video of the truck showing thst the scratch was not on the truck when it was pulled in but he cannot show me one without the scratch when leaving. I will now pursue legal recourse to resolve this issue. More
