I have been dealing with Robbins Chevy for many years and my service agent, Alex Ferrio. After many years of excellent service when my wife’s 2011 Suburbans’ electrical system went out yesterday I called Al my service agent, Alex Ferrio. After many years of excellent service when my wife’s 2011 Suburbans’ electrical system went out yesterday I called Alex and he arranged towing for the vehicle to Robbins, had the problem diagnosed and had the alternator and battery replaced in one day! I brought my 2500HD in to be serviced for a transmission leak. Alex Fierro took care of me. He got my truck in quickly, and advised me they would check it out and keep me posted.
