Worst Experience with a dealer in my life! They go back on their word and I have proof in the form of a Buyers Invoice which I was given to take to my credit union for a lower interest rate a They go back on their word and I have proof in the form of a Buyers Invoice which I was given to take to my credit union for a lower interest rate and to bring a check back. When Robbins feels that they lost money on a deal or didn't make enough they change the deal terms. When I showed up with a check to buy the car the terms changed and in order to buy the car they made me finance with them and pay for a Add on that's not on the car. I paid for tinted windows, some kind of paint protection and nitrogen filled tires a bogus $2174.00 package that I was charged and my windows are not tinted as promised this was part of their TOTAL VALUE ADDS PKG, I bought a Nitrogen Analyzer and I'm in the process checking the tires, the PPF installer has already tested the paint and sees no evidence of paint protection. 1 no window tint 2 bogus Total Value Adds 3 Original buyers invoice with no Adds however, the deal terms changed when Jimmy Stallings and Kenny saw they were not making enough on the deal! I've started a charge back process and submitted the evidence to the CC company. I've dealt with these types before and protected myself by paying for the fake Total value adds with a cc if I would of added that to the finance I would of been screwed. More
