$100 for a cabin filter! What a rip off! Totally taking advantage of the customer. Other locations charge $40-$50. The labor for 5 minutes of work was almost $60. I won’t What a rip off! The service department at Rob Sight Ford is great. I took my car in for an oil change while it was there the rear taillight needed to be changed. I appreciate how quickly my car was ready. My service adjuster David and Bruce are both very efficient. I would like to add I really appreciate receiving the "Ford Vehicle Report Card" it is very helpful in revieing what was inspected on your car and what might have issues down the road.
