Just wanted tosay 5 star for dennis dillon in boise idaho for taken care of my factory warranty work. This should have been done at ro green in my local town. Customer affairs contacted me after my very poor service at rob green. Customer affairs stated rob green handle my vehicle and me as a customer in a very poorly. It turned out that my oil leak was from my rear main oil seal. This was a very serious repair . Iwas forced to drive 200 miles away for my warranty work that should have been handled correctly at my local dealer. Rob green can say what ever they want. The bottom line is nissan company stated this was the wrong way to go about customers warranty work. APOLOGIES NOT EXCERPTED FOROM ROB GREEN. I recently purchased a 2025 nisson central with 4 miles . I recently noticed an excessive oil leak under the vehicle. I contacted rob green nissan. Upon arrival after waiting for some time. The service manager came out to the waiting room and advised me they pit oil dye in the motor oil and wanted me to drive the vehicle for 900 miles. I told manager I wanted oil leak fixed now do to the excessive oil leak. The service manager refused and told me to drive my vehicle. I advised service manager all I wanted was for the vehicle to be fixed and if I could leave it at the dealership till it was fixed . And if I could have a vehicle to drive until all repais were fixed. The manager and dealership refused. I told the dealership it was a 40,000 dollar car and I refused to drive it. They said sorry and sent me on my way. I immediately call the dealership I purchased my vehicle from. The suggested to drive it back up to them by the way thae dealership is about 200 miles away . Once arriving at the dealership I purchased my vehicle from. A (DENNIS DILLON ) IN BOISE IFAHO they wrr wonderful. They immediately noticed 5he excessive oil leak put me in a vehicle till repais are completed. What a wonderful dealership dennis dillon is. A day later the contacted me and advise me it is the rear main oil seal leaking. It would be a couple weeks till repairs are complete. And told me to drive the vehicle the so gracefully provided me. 5 stars to dennis dillon nissan in boise idaho. Maybe rob green nissan should learn from the best and treat customers the way they should be treated. Rob green nissan will never have my business. Just maybe if rob green nissan knew how to treat a customer I would have purchased my vehicle there. Not being forced to purchase in boise . The service manager needs alot more training in customer service and customer satisfaction. Just maybe if the service manager at rob green was un my shoes she would understand how valuable customers truly are. Never again will I be visiting rob green nissan. I know im a small fish int the pind but if the people at rob green can treat me this way imagine how many other customers they have mistreated More

I have intentionally avoided Rob Green as a whole because of really bad past experiences years back and just experiencing shady sales tactics. Everything feeling transactional and exploitative…. I can’t say enough about the squad that helped me through my trade-in and car buying experience this time around. I came in to trade my Subaru and purchase a 2025 Nissan Frontier Pro-4x. I initially had the opportunity to deal Payton Colter on the sales floor. He was very kind, knowledgeable and accommodating. It didn’t feel like he was hovering waiting to get his hooks in, just a friendly guy that wanted me to learn everything about the vehicle I was interested in and no pressure. I also dealt with Anthony Novis in the sales portion, and he also took me through the some key features of the truck after the purchase, also very friendly relaxed and knowledgeable. It was nice being able to sit through the car buying process which typically takes some time, while being able to have professional and genuine conversation to fill the time between paperwork. Any questions I had where I needed further explanation; the sales manager Dylan Dawson made everything feel very transparent and put a lot of that lingering tension one feels ( or atleast I do) in any dealership at ease. Finally I got to wrap up the whole thing with Marcos Monje. He took me through the final package deals, explained what they did, their benefits and how it would effect my final monthly payment. Another chill dude. I have purchased my last 3 cars at Subaru and it is usually a pretty decent experience, Rob Green wasn’t even on my radar. NOW and in the future Rob Green Nissan will be number 1 for me and I hope these guys will still be around. More
I just purchased an almost new 2023 Nissan Rouge from Rob Green Nissan. Salesman Marcos Monje, sales manager, Riley, and finance manager, Noah, were all very helpful, friendly, and professional – except th Green Nissan. Salesman Marcos Monje, sales manager, Riley, and finance manager, Noah, were all very helpful, friendly, and professional – except that no one could explain why the dealership would not accept a third party cashier’s check drawn on a major regional bank and were not allowed to verify the authenticity of the check by faxing a copy of the cashier’s check to the issuing bank and calling the bank. This caused me another 310 mile round trip, about $80 in additional gas money, and $8 additional cost of a replacement cashier’s check. I’m happy with the deal made, the Rouge purchased, and the staff I dealt with. However as my neighbor suggested, that after traveling 155 miles with cashier’s check in hand to complete the agreed upon transaction, I should have just walked out.when the cashier's check could not be accepted and the dealership would not take an easy step to solve the problem. More

Overcharged for bad diagnosis Took my truck in for a scheduled service and possible fuel filter change. I was still waiting three hours later when they told me it wouldn't start a Took my truck in for a scheduled service and possible fuel filter change. I was still waiting three hours later when they told me it wouldn't start and I would need $1444 worth of parts. When I insisted they just change the fuel filter as I asked, miraculously the truck started. And then they charged me $209 for the incorrect diagnostic skills of a parts swappers. The service guy never could explain the situation. Terrible service More
