Rob Green horrible experience They first sold me a Chrysler 200. That had none stop issues and was a bug frustrating hassle. After 2 months of frustrated. They traded me out but claimed they could only get me into a veloster. Which I didn't like. Its a good car. But my payments are a lot for something I don't want to keep. I felt like I was played and miss treated because I was young. I will never go to rob green again. I will never give anyone a recommendation to go there. More

Already explained above. We purchased a Sonata in 2013 and their service during and after the sale were very good. We went to the same dealership to Already explained above. We purchased a Sonata in 2013 and their service during and after the sale were very good. We went to the same dealership to get a new Sonata and we knew what we wanted so we did not test drive it. Sales people were very pleasant. We were already somewhat familiar with the features. We took the vehicle back for window tinting, to tighten the inside rear view mirror and adjust the headlights which seemed to be aimed too high because people were flashing their bright lights at us, and also to pair our phones. We left the car there from Saturday through Tuesday. It was not washed when we got there and they offered to but we were in too much of a hurry to wait. We found out after purchase of the vehicle that the on board navigation system is outdated. It is a brand new car. I feel that it should have come with a brand new or updated navigation system. So far this has not been adequately explained to our satisfaction. The lady in the service department (I think her name is Brittney) does a great job. Salesmen Toren and Dino have also been very helpful. More
