Roanoke Ford

Brought my truck in to have tires checked 2019 Ford Ranger with around 20,000 miles. Tires were already very warn and needed replaced. Roanoke Ford Service manager suggested I have the same ties put on Ranger with around 20,000 miles. Tires were already very warn and needed replaced. Roanoke Ford Service manager suggested I have the same ties put on that the truck came with and would try to get a warranty claim. After several calls I still have not received anything in return. Took the truck back in after 3,000 miles driven on the new tires and the front tiers were starting to wear. They were rotated to the rear and are now slick like the original set. When we inquired about the original warranty we were told we should have taken the truck back to when we purchased it new and may have received better service. I think that is a poor statement to make as any Ford dealership should stand behind Ford warranty's wherever the vehicle was purchased. More
