I live in Arkansas and called dealership about a pre owned Mini, I couldn't make it there to see for a few days and Ashley called me the day before to let me know that they still had the vehicle. My son who's home for the holidays from Los Angeles just leased a 2013 BMW coupe (3 series) there, so he motivated me to lease a new one for myself. Since I had been thinking about it for so long, I finally took the plunge when I received the Christmas discount in the mail. First visit was horrible. Was not taken seriously or treated professionally or even treated friendly. Was on second test drive before salesman even introduced himself to me. He replied with a heart felt apology and asked me if I would return I would be treated differently. And yes I was!!! A different salesman was assigned to me ( Brett Calhoun ) This gentleman was extremely helpful and worked with me to complete a good deal for both of us. Brett Calhoun is the example of what a good salesman is all about. My advise to anyone looking to buy a MINI at Roadshow, only speak with Brett Calhoun! More
