I left Roadshow feeling like I got a fair deal and actually enjoyed the process. Amber Brown, mini service advisor, has been wonderful with my mini. If you need service on a mini or a BMW ask for her!!. I went back this weekend and purchased another vehicle from Terry Davis (this time a BMW) with the same experience as the last time. There is a reason there is a multitude of awards on his desk for top salesperson. He is truly a nice guy. If you are in the market for a BMW or a Mini Cooper, ask for him--you will not be disappointed!! More

I saw the Nissan Altima on the auto trader website and called to see if it was still available. It was and we decided to go take a look at it. When we first arrived at the dealer, I saw that it was a BMW and MINI dealer. I felt nervous at first because we were going to see a $7000 car in a dealer that sales cars over $30,000. From the time we went inside to the time we left, I was treated like I was buying a $30,000 car. Mr. Stan Blount showed us the car and even worked out a deal for us. We were very satisfied and walked out in a beautiful car. More

Carl helped us buy our Mini Cooper and we had a very positive experience. From the moment we walked in we felt like he was working hard for us without putting pressure on us. He quickly got a good sense of who we were and what we were interested in. He did not pressure us to buy a more expensive model we were considering. He struck a really good balance of being helpful and leaving us alone to have time to talk and process our decisions on our own. One thing we really appreciated is that he looked me in the eye, and talked to me, not just my husband. He did not make judgments on our needs or knowledge or decision-making authority based on gender, which we have found very common with car dealers (and others). Carl also was willing to accommodate our schedule and twice stayed late to work with us. Overall we had a good experience and are very happy with our purchase. More
