Purchased a leased vehicle and Tom Adair failed to inform me of a second key, thus I never received it. Upon return of Lease I was charged for a key that I never received. Dealership refused to remove this liability. No return call from General Manager when I emailed complaint, not Tom Adair. Also added additional lease damage charges that were above and beyond what they informed me would be required during the Lease Return Inspection. Poor Service, non responsive and unprofessional staff, with elitist behavior. I consider them to be an unethical, non caring group. They only car about the sale, and could care less about earning your repeat business More
