We showed up at 3:00 today (on a Saturday) and asked if there was anyway we could be squeezed in for an appointment. Someone immediately came out to assess the problem and determined it was a thermostat that could be fixed today. Within 2 hours we are back on the road with AC and a washed and vacuumed car! More

Even though the dealership was going through renovations, everything about my purchase was accomplished in a very timely manner.
