I'll try to keep this politically correct but I can't promise. So the reviews he's posting are giving us a one star because we couldn't come to terms on price. We post everywhere across the net we are a one price store, we have a cash price and a finance price. We sold David two cars one in February of 2018 and another in May of 2020 and met all of his needs. In 2020 a few days after the purchase he had an issue with the brakes and fixed it at no charge as good faith even though it was sold without a warranty. The thing about the wheel bearing going 800 miles after purchase must've not been a huge issue or he wouldn't of come back for a third car or referred family and friends here.. Obviously David is just upset because we couldn't come to terms on price. We actually lowered it $500 as a courtesy for his loyalty. I was listening to him in the office state he can buy one in NY a year newer but we couldn't find it on the net. After further investigation we found it, a year newer with more mileage, front wheel drive and a previous corporate vehicle. Our vehicle is four wheel drive and personnel use. Sometimes you just can't come to numbers if the profit structure is to low, plus I just reduced the price 2 days prior. The funny thing about it is Ryan came to me later and asked if we could do anything to help. He said I'll. forfeit half of my commision for him, I said no I won't let you do that but Ill take save him more money. Than I got the alert about negative reviews going up by him. I won't be intimidated by a negative review because someone can't comprehend selling a low mileage $8000 car for a loss makes no sense. Posting a negative review because of pricing is ridiculous. He supposedly really liked Ryan because Ryan sold him his last two cars but here's your one star review Ryan. I'll end it here.

This one star F minus review is for Ron and how Road Ready was unable to keep a customer over $500. I kept the sales person out of the reviews as he had nothing to do with the failure of the ownership's ability to connect with the customer. To respond in regards to a previous purchase and the dealership replacing brakes after the car was purchased. I drove that vehicle off the lot and called within 15 minutes of signing the paperwork to say the calipers were sticking and their was an issue. The car was returned where I was promptly informed the vehicle was sold as is and they didn't have to do anything, but considering I didn't even make it to my driveway they would look into it. In reality their full multiple point inspection should have caught this before the keys were handed over, after all the cars are "Road Ready" right? For my most recent visit the owner could not honor the finance price as it was paying cash. So they lost a repeat customer because I was paying cash and wanted the vehicle for the same price as the finance price which was $999 difference. The dealership had the vehicle priced well above the Kelly Blue Book for same year, make 4x4 with same milage. Wasn't seeking any additional discounts, just the cash vs. the finance. Apparently the professional salesperson got it, but Ron did not. So with that, I took my business the same day to JM Auto in Naugatuck, CT and purchased a Ford Escape because they wanted my business and treated me like a customer. So one dealership lost a sale and all future business while another gained a sale and a customer.

Ron got it but you just can't grasp it. The only Escape J&M had remotely close to your price range was $14,000 versus $8000. Whatever stories you want to tell is fine. I won't respond to your nonsense. Good Luck.

Wrong. Call over there and you can confirm. I'm sure they have many vehicles below and above 14K, but what I purchased would no longer be listed because I bought it. No sense, you missed the point. I tried to do business with you because of the salesperson. However, the extra $500 was more important to Ron than goodwill and customer retention.
