Yes it is 100% our fault because you blew your transfer case while four wheeling in the woods. He decided to call us after the dealer quoted him $4000 for the job. I said that's crazy so I gave a quote for a used one installed for $1500 parts and labor with a 6 month warranty. He declined, stating he already authorized the work. I asked why he was calling us if he didn't want our help and said because you guys aren't trustworthy. I guess it's our fault because he blew his transfer case. Keep on trolling Rich.

So, are you saying that the "Trail Rated" Jeep I bought from you should have not been put into Low Range? Then why does it come with a Low Range? $1,500 for A Quadra Drive I AWD transfer case maybe, It's a lot more for the Quadra Drive II Transfer Case that the "Trail Rated" Grand Cherokee came with. You seem to have a way of putting a spin on things to blame your customers SO how do you spin the brakes not working properly? You sold me a "Road Ready" Used car that was NOT ready for the road. How do you spin the leaky radiator? How do you explain NOT returning my calls or e-mails? Buying a vehicle form Road Ready Used Cars is a mistake I will not repeat again. In my experience they definitely meet the ole school "never ever trust" used car stereotype that gives most used car dealers a bad name. Good Day Sir
