Reggie brought us lunch and apologized over and over. 3.5 hours and done but I’m sure Saturday am is always busy. No complaints just advice. Reggie is the man!! More

Agent was very nice and Friendly . Was also planning to trade my car in an early future . Sales agent shows me some car model I was interested in and let me drive one and when back at his office shows me some great deals they have until end July. He was very interested in having my car trade as there is no much miles. and say he will give me a good price. I said I will check with my husband. In fact I am very in love of my Chevy Cruze and I think it is not necessary to trade it now in spite of the good deal, as this car does not gave much trouble. More

Recurring Problems Have had the same problem 6x in 6 years. Every time, as my vehicle ages, the dealership is less willing to resolve the issue. This time, after a long Have had the same problem 6x in 6 years. Every time, as my vehicle ages, the dealership is less willing to resolve the issue. This time, after a long discussion with GM, I agreed to pay for parts and they cover labor costs as I have no other options at this point. After waiting for ‘special improved’ parts to be ordered, I finally took my truck in for installation today.....only to be informed that they were the wrong parts and the same (deficient) design parts were installed. I should have escalated this recurring problem years ago - after only a few incidients - but, every time I was assured of a ‘new and improved’ solution. Now I am told these suspension parts breaking is “normal” with the roads around here. Maybe their salesperson should tell that to all new customers... Never again would I visit this dealer, not do I recommend them as reputable! Buyer beware!!! More
