My daughter, who just turned 18, was spoken to directly and given the courtesy and respect of a young adult. The purchase was her decision alone, and I really appreciated the respect she was shown by the staff at Kenny Ross. Karen went out of her way to ensure that the vehicle was promptly transported from the Zelienople showroom to the North Huntingdon showroom the following day. Kevin is an excellent salesman; he was honest, direct, and fair. Andy didn't hesitate to take the vehicle back for a look at a possible problem before the final decision to purchase was made, and Kevin is obviously an excellent mechanic and gentleman.
