Cack understand human relationships. He's not a "used car salesman" like most of the guys out there. His technical knowledge is very good but what we loved about him was how easy he was to talk to "used car salesman" like most of the guys out there. Dick is one of the FEW salesman I have ever felt cormfortable dealing with. They sold the truck I was looking at, but they found one in North Carolina and went and got it.
