Sherri was a joy to work with. I started an internet inquiry on a used diesel truck to pull our camper. I live about 90 miles from the location where the truck was listed. Sherri took time over a few days to work with me on the price and to answer the many questions I asked about the truck. Then she offered to personally move the truck to the dealer closest to my home. We met at the dealer and test drove the truck and chatted some more. At the end of our meeting I learned that Sherri took her day off to deliver the truck down so I could drive it. I went home only a few hours later with the truck. The whole transaction was low key and very efficient. All the paperwork was in order and the truck is a great addition to my garage. When I arrived at Kenny Ross I was just looking, skeptical thinking their prices may be too high for me. I was immediatly greeted by Chuck who took interest in helping me find a car. I greatly appriciate his sincere attitude in helping when at first it seemed as if I just wanted pricing information. He listened to what I had to say and suggested we look at some used cars, which at first I was not too into doing. However he showed me a few used cars and the Hyundai Elantra caught me eye. He gave me some background into the car how it compared to the new cars I was looking at. He eventually brough Lance and Dave into the conversation. Being a first time car buyer, I was hesitant on doing a credit app and going forward but I could not have asked for a better staff. I credit Chuck with talking my dad into supporting me buying the car, being that my dad was quite hesitant in going through with this purchase. Chuck suggessted I test drive the car, which I did and fell in love with it! Lance and Dave were great as explaining the financing part of the deal and convincing me to go along with the purchase. I was extremly satisfied with my expierence at Kenny Ross. I must say I visited many other dealers and talked with several other people and noone can compare to the staff at Kenny Ross, they were never pushy with a sale, never once seemed as though I was wasting their time and went above and beyond to explain things to me that may have seem trivial to them.
