Prompt and Efficient Service This morning one of our cars had a completely dead battery. I called Kenny Ross's Service Department and was told to bring the car in if I could get This morning one of our cars had a completely dead battery. I called Kenny Ross's Service Department and was told to bring the car in if I could get it started. I called a roadside service to which I subscribe and soon after the car was running, I went to the Service Department. I was promptly greeted and the new battery was installed in less time that I thought it would take since I did not have a scheduled appointment - about two hours from the time I left home until I returned home. I couldn't have asked for better service than I received this morning. More
