Paul was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions about the car. In addition, he was very personable and quickly earned my trust and confidence. He had a car on the lot that fit my colors and options but even better was how responsive he was to my emails and my deciding to show up to look at the car on an afternoon when I decided on short notice to go look at the car. He was right there in the showroom. Other internet salespeople I've contacted are often not in the showroom itself or only work on certain days. Once I drove the car and sat down with Cody the whole process of buying the car was easy. AMAZING In early March I was in the market for an SUV..I ended up buying a JEEP and was very unhappy with it! so I went to KENNY ROSS used cars and spoke to In early March I was in the market for an SUV..I ended up buying a JEEP and was very unhappy with it! so I went to KENNY ROSS used cars and spoke to the used car manager Joe Mesich , I was very happy to see him, he sold me a Honda years ago and I loved it so I felt very compfortable talking to him about my problem, I new if anyone could help me it would be him. He told me to give him some time to research some things, two days later he called me up and said he found me a vehicle! Joe went above and beyond making sure this was going to fit my budget, be reliable for me and two girls, made sure it was inspected by my mechanic,detailed, and had a full tank of gas! i am extremely happy and now feel safe again!
