I made one phone call to Kenny Ross and had the good fortune of being connected to Nick Perenyi. The rest was totally effortless. I would be traveling from North Carolina to buy the car, so Nick took extra care to check and describe the condition of the vehicle carefully. He sent photos of whatever minor blemishes there were so there would not be any surprises. The car was in excellent condition for its age, but it was a pre-owned 2005 model so of course there were a few small things. I made a cash offer by phone which was accepted, and drove up there a few days later to purchase it. Everyone was ready for me and I was in and out of there in about 45 minutes, including taking a test drive. Nick took care of returning my rental car for me so I could start heading back right away.
