Shelby provided great and responsive service, and reached out to me directly to make sure my third-party warranty was applied correctly. Service was completed promptly and have had no issues with the service out to me directly to make sure my third-party warranty was applied correctly. Service was completed promptly and have had no issues with the service request since I brought it to Rivertown Ford. I do wish that the invoice provided either clarified the warranty had not been applied or was updated to include the warranty pricing before I saw it, but as it was applied correctly after all, I’m not too worried. Still, something to keep in mind that when you receive your first invoice, there may still be adjustments necessary to the amount that you will pay. More
