I rated Rivertown Ford a 5 star because I saw the schedule at 4:45pm for a 5:00pm oil change appt. Scheduled it and my vehicle was immediately taken back upon arrival. We were on a road trip from out of state when we had unexpected trouble with our vehicle that had to be repaired before we would be able to drive the 5 hr drive back home. We reached out to Rivertown Ford in Columbus as it was the closest dealer to where we were. Mackenzie in the service department was both empathetic and responsive and got us an appointment for the very next day to get our vehicle in. She kept us up-to-date with the status of the repairs needed and a part that needed to be ordered. The part came in and vehicle was repaired more quickly then they promised and they worked to ensure everything was covered under our warranty. For what could have been a nightmare experience to breakdown out of state on a roadtrip far from home, they made the entire experience as smooth and fast as possible. We could not be more pleased with the service department and Mackenzie specifically. We only wish they were our local dealer so that we could use them all the time!! More
