Thank you Rivertown Ford for a unbelievable service job today. I was In a pickle with my 2012 Ford Explorer needing a tune up I called and spoke with Mr Gary Orvis and being very kind and polite he set me today. I was In a pickle with my 2012 Ford Explorer needing a tune up I called and spoke with Mr Gary Orvis and being very kind and polite he set me up a appointment which was a non wait appointment he explained that I would drop my vehicle off and they call when it was ready.well I took the the appointment and met Mr Orvis once I arrived. Now it was understood that I would leave and come back but before I could get in touch with my pick up transportation I got a of Coffee and maybe 20 or so mins Mr Orvis was standing in front of me say Sir You're all set...Wow!! Again thanks for outstanding work and service extended to me. My vehicle is running like new ..Super great job to Mr Orvis and the Rivertown Ford team (All involved) I actually couldn't the Service ...Courteous,Fast and efficient. A.Rockmore. More
