First time dealing with Rivertown Ford, must say I was delightfully surprised. We came in for an oil change and inspection on our 2020 F250 turbo diesel. The service was completed quickly and a video was sent to my phone showing the work as it was done. We were so impressed with their service department we ended up purchasing a new F250 Lariat diesel. Thank you Rivertown Ford and thank you Zac Knight in sales and Derrick Riley their finance manager, it was a pleasure. More

It was obvious from the beginning that my ten years of business with this dealership was of little value. I waited a week for an appointment to be told when I arrived the my car couldn’t be serviced for a business with this dealership was of little value. I waited a week for an appointment to be told when I arrived the my car couldn’t be serviced for another week. I was given misinformation and I was charged for a service that was not performed. The service associate I dealt with was both dismissive and condescending. I called to speak with the general manager about my experience and was told he might be back in a week but they weren’t sure. I was transferred to the sales manager but no one answered and I was unable to leave a message. My husband and I have bought four cars from this dealership over the past ten years and it mattered not. The fact that I was seeking major service on a vehicle that is only four years old with 80k miles is the true testament to the diminished quality of their product. We have been lifelong Ford customers but I will never spend another dollar with Rivertown Ford. Very disappointed. More
Exceptional work but expensive labor cost. Atleast you know what you are paying for with warranty.
