The mechanics always do a great job, however, customer service representatives need to be more organized. I was waiting to be notified of the completion my vehicle, and the customer service representativ service representatives need to be more organized. I was waiting to be notified of the completion my vehicle, and the customer service representative that checked me in went to lunch without checking on the status of my vehicle, and my service was completed without any notification. I went to the service desk and waited for someone to show up. Once the gentleman checked the status of my service, he informed me that my car was complete, and reached in a basket to retrieve and hand over my keys…totally unacceptable! More

My husband needed a new work truck so we came in to buy it and had a great experience. Our sales consultant was Kaleb Spadaro who was great to work with and his manager Stacy Day was great as well.
