Had an appointment for a service for an oil change, 2 hours went by before the vehicle even got in the bay, it was 3 1/2 hours before the service and recall update was finished. Why bother having an appo hours went by before the vehicle even got in the bay, it was 3 1/2 hours before the service and recall update was finished. Why bother having an appointment option at that point. Staff was friendly and helpful, the place and bathroom was clean but waiting 3 1/2 hours for a service when you have an appointment and you’re quoted 2 hours to complete is a bit much. More
