My appointment was set for 1030 am. I arrived 15 minutes early and the line to service was backed out to the street. I went in and informed them I had an appointment. Was told it may take a little while, like up to two hours for it to get done. Well two hours later my vehicle had only made it into the drop off bay. It still hadn’t been pulled into the actual service bay! So a total of 4 hours later I go walking around and see the car pull out of the actual mechanics bay. I go back in and walk around the waiting area for another 15 minutes or so waiting to see if I get told my vehicle is done! Now I’m in a serious time crunch with having to pick my child up from school all the way on the other side of the city. So I go tell them my car looks done. The ring it up and tell me they still haven’t got the notes from the mechanic in yet but will text me the report when they get it. I pay and out the door I go. My disappointment is the fact that for an oil change and tire rotation which is no more than a 30-45 minute job max I waited 4 hours! Why give me a appointment time if you can’t stick with it??? Then I get the report and you want 100 buck for 2 wiper blades up front, 65 for a little wiper blade for rear of vehicle, 50 bucks for a air filter for engine! Are you serious these are far cheaper things someone can pick up quick and easy at a parts store for hardly anything and swap out in minutes, literally! Now this placed messed my truck up so I haven’t brought it back since. This however was my wife’s vehicle and she needed it taken care of asap so was stuck with this place! Point is there are several other place around I can and will be going to in the future! I don’t blame the service advisor for this visit, he was the only person there I saw consistently today. Guess everyone else took day off. For those looking to get work done here be aware it may take a long time and they may damage your ride! More

The waiting area top notch I give it 10 rest room clean great atmosphere. The snack, coffee and popcorn machine service from your hostess is awesome.
