Not happy. Not sure if anyone from Riverton Chevrolet even reads these but I purchased a brand new 2020 Silverado RST Z71 with the new 3.0 diesel within two mon Not sure if anyone from Riverton Chevrolet even reads these but I purchased a brand new 2020 Silverado RST Z71 with the new 3.0 diesel within two months the check engine light came on so I took it in and was told that there are no service notes on that error code so there was no fix as of that time understandable so they reset the error and I left two months later the same thing. I have taken it in at least every other month for the last two years and I am getting tired of this. They said the problem was found and after leaving it with them for a week and a half I got a call that the parts were not in yet not to mention it developed an oil leak after the last oil change done by them. I asked them to reset the code and top off the oil. To arrive and no code reset and was told the oil was topped off. Came home and checked the oil and it barely registered on the stick. Leaving for a road check wish me well. Looking into lemon law More

We bought a new truck in 2016. The purchase took a long time, but that's expected. The reason I am giving them a 1 star is the service department after our purchase. We've scheduled appointments for oil changes and it takes them HOURS to finish. We've scheduled other maintenance and they've had to keep it over night without offering a loaner. We spent $50k+ on a vehicle there and they can't even let us borrow a car when they keep it over night. There is one lady who works in service that is SO mean. I literally ask to talk to anyone else because she treats you like xxxx. All the other guys are super nice though. Our latest is our motor going out on our vehicle we've had for 5 years. We are working with a 3rd party warranty company used through Riverton Chevy and I can't stand it. The communication between everyone is horrible. They have had the truck for 2.5 weeks now and still haven't touched it because the parts are on backorder. They said it could be anywhere from a few weeks to months and they won't loan us a vehicle. I cannot wait until our warranties are up so I never have to go to their service department again. It's not anyone specifically who's the problem, I think their whole service department needs to be refigured. We've even had other family members purchase from them. From now on, I will NOT be sending people to them. More
