The day we purchased our used car the service at the dealership was great. We left feeling like we were able to fill the need we had. Our salesman worked well with us and was very friendly and helpful. dealership was great. We left feeling like we were able to fill the need we had. Our salesman worked well with us and was very friendly and helpful. However, two days and 80 miles later the car was dead on the side of the road. We knew we had purchased a used car, but we were told that the car had been inspected by the dealership. There was no thought that the car would last only 2 days and 80 miles after purchase. We called Riverton Chevrolet and were told that there was nothing they could do about the problem. As of today 5 days later we are left with a large repair bill for something that should have been seen in the dealership's inspection of the car. A phone call today ended with Riverton Chevrolet hanging up on us. In my personal opinion, nobody should buy a used car from Riverton Chevrolet. They do not stand by the quality that they sell. More

I am a single mother of five and need a new car. I was driving 1993 Chevy Blazer, it was horrible on gas and was having other problems. I live in Idaho and make trips in to Salt Lake often. On my trips my blazer would cut out on me, could you imagine being stuck on the freeway with five children. I went to Riverton Chevrolet one Saturday just to look around and get an idea. Allen Sauer was my sales person. I told him what my budget was and the type of payment I was looking at. He took his time and showed me several cars on the lot. He helped me find a car that would fit my family and my pocketbook. I ended up with a 2006 with low mileage and great on gas. Thanks Allen!! More

I worked with Allen and Logan to find the right truck for me. They were great as I kind of waffled between two trucks and didnt feel right with either one. I submitted an inquiry over the internet and received a call from Tory. I told him what I was was looking for. He told me what was available on the lot. When I arrived at the dealership I was met by Yvo call from Tory. I told him what I was was looking for. He told me what was available on the lot. When I arrived at the dealership I was met by Yvonne. I told her I had an appointment with Tory. She paged him and explained that he took internet requests and turned them over to a sales representative. She asked what I was looking for, and I told her. Tory came and checked to make sure everything was covered. Yvonne took me out to look at the two Colorado pickups that were close to what I wanted. I looked at them. Yvonne introduced me to her manager. He asked if I found what I wanted. I said I wasn't sure. He asked me if I wanted to take one home overnight. I told him no. He didn't pressure me - for which I am grateful. Being pressured is something I dislike very much. After talking with my wife, researching over the internet and checking with my credit union, I made an offer. Yvonne invited me in to negotiate with the manager. I declined saying that the amount I offered was my offer. She took it to a manager, who gave me a counter offer, which I accepted - which was an out the door price. When I arrived at the dealership with the check, everything was handled as agreed upon, and in a pleasent friendly manner. I drove away with the pickup I bought. No complaints, and a good experience. More

I chose this dealership to purchase my new car because my Husband had bought numerous vehicles from here. We walked in and immediately we were greeted kindly. I felt so comfortable and understood. We spoke with Steve Carter first and he actually listened to what my desire was in the car I wanted. He took notes and got a hold of Silverio Cortes who immediately too listened to what I wanted. We test drove a Camaro and had a great time with Silverio. He was very kind and NOT pushy at all. I loved that and felt very comfortable in my decision to buy my new Camaro. The day we went in to sign the papers to take the Camaro home I was yet again comforted and greeted by more kind faces, Logan and Don. Both of which also helped to ease my worries with the new purchase. They sat with me and explained everything that was going on. Where I was with my credit all the way to in depth detail about my warranty. I didnt feel like another customer once to any of them.. I felt like Family. Thank You Steve Carter, Silverio Cortes, Don Stewart, and Logan Page for making this my first and best time ever in buying a new and wonderful car. You four made this a very easy decision for both my husband and I to make. More

He has advised me on numerous occasions, and has been completely honest. He was even willing to give me advice and questions to ask service men/departments when I was travelling through the state, and when I stopped for gas, the service department tried to take advantage of me & play on my fears of not making it home in one piece unless I bought new tires, and a few other unnecessary services. Nick saved me a significant amount of time, money, and undue stress. He has won my loyalty, and is someone I completely trust. I would recommend him to anyone - to men who have wives that need to take vehicles in for service, to women who don't know who to trust for honesty and excellent service, or anyone looking for someone who will stand behind the customer's needs, and the service provided. He is outstanding, and he has earned my business loyalty! More
