My wife and I went to Riverton Chevy to test drive and buy a Chevy Cruz. Scot was friendly and knowledgeable. I didn't like my trade in offer. Scot got the sales manager to talk with us and showed me some buy a Chevy Cruz. Scot was friendly and knowledgeable. I didn't like my trade in offer. Scot got the sales manager to talk with us and showed me some available trips to sweeten the deal, but after saying no, the manager went somewhere with my needing $500 lower to buy the car and to put it either on my trade or lower the car price. He never did come back with a yes or no, a little rude in my opinion. I left the dealership and emailed Scot that I would put $3000 down and finance $16000, if that wasn't going to work I wouldn't be back the next day. Scot called me saying he could do what I wanted. I signed the paperwork and Susie Buecher got me an interest rate from my bank .25% lower than I thought. Overall a very enjoyable experience I've never had before when buying a car. The service center is double the price of any other shop. I took my trailblazer in for a water pump and was quoted over $900 I called around and everyone else was $350 or less. So when I didn't have it done I took my trailblazer in for a water pump and was quoted over $900 I called around and everyone else was $350 or less. So when I didn't have it done there they charged me $200. Then took it in again and the front differential went out they said it would be $3400 for a used one. I took it out of the shop unfixed and was charged $550. I then got it fixed at different shop for $1450. More
