Changing my review from 6 years ago. They tricked me lied to me. I went to trade in my 2021 Passat for a bigger car. they came to me with a over 500 dollar payment. I told them no, they They tricked me lied to me. I went to trade in my 2021 Passat for a bigger car. they came to me with a over 500 dollar payment. I told them no, they came to me 5 more times with a lower payment. I told them I changed my mind. They came at me again with a payment I felt better about said they lowered the interest rate. I went to finance and was rushed through the paperwork to sign. It was late at night i was tired and did notice they changed the payment 510. I didn't know what the payment was till I got my first invoice from the finance company. I have bought many cars and had never had a problem like this. Not only it was a certified car. Two days after buying the car the breaks where grinding. It was fixed. Two weeks after that engine light came on. Temperature gage stated going up and down. It was fix. I've had 5 Volkswagens and I've never had a bad experience until now. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!! More
