Service was spot-on as was the quality of workmanship and parts. Plus, I always get a personal cheerful greeting from beginning to a cheerful smile with a pleasant conversation at the service payment center. These folks are all like family, that is if your family is both polite and well-mannered. We all have a black sheep, we don't like talking about, I know...but theirs must work across the street. They are all great people! Pete's like my little brother, always energetic! Clyde to me is like my wise Dad. He always get's the work done that needs to be done and doesn't oversell you on doing more than what's needed. You can trust him and all of his workers. Hey, every family is looking to save money. So, it's much appreciated to receive a discount Toyota service dealership coupon a couple times a year to save a couple bucks. Like me, these folks want your car to run right and to keep your family safe. Overall, Rome Riverside Toyota is a great dealership for your auto's service and mine as well. More
Not all requested items addressed Oil and filter change along with tire rotation completed. But request to examine and possibly repair leaking driver front tire was not. But when I got home the low tire pressure light came on. This told me it had to be low at my appointment and no air was put in it which leads me to believe the tire issue was not even looked at. Unfortunate. I rely on my dealer to be conscientious of customer requests. More

Scheduled appointment for oil change - 2 hours!! I’ve been going here for years and the last two times I had a scheduled appointment. Both times it took 2 hours or more before leaving! Before they required appointments the service was MUCH faster! I did not buy my vehicle from there but I’ve always gotten treated respectfully by the staff and always knew my vehicle would be taken care of. However now I feel the time it takes to change the oil is crazy. I am not sure if I will be back for a basic oil change at this location and it is only 10-12 minutes from my house. The next closest one is 45 minutes and I will still be gone in less than 2 hours! I would only recommend this service department to someone if they were to drop off their vehicle, not to sit and wait. More

First complimentary oil change disaster... Called for service for what we thought was fuel pump turning on at odd times without vehicle running. No Saturday slots available, first slot was Wednesday at 2:30pm. Did my own research on internet and found it was a fuel evaporation pump test which occurs approx. 5 hours after you drive the vehicle. The service scheduling lady did not know that. Kept the appointment for Wednesday because our 5,000 mile complimentary oil change was due, I thought. Have owned the vehicle 10 months+ and should receive two complimentary oil changes in the first two years. The vehicle only had 3814 miles, so the service department rotated the tires for free and refused to change the oil. My wife did not argue enough with them. No paper to protect grease from the floor mats, and when my wife drove out she had to get out and shut the hood. Now we have to schedule another appointment for an oil change in the next 6 weeks. I am steaming. To make things worse, the two emails I received from the dealer said Complimentary Service - Synthetic Oil Vehicles. To me, that confirms they will put Synthetic Oil in the vehicle. To the dealer, it means he does not have to change the oil at all at 5000 miles. I feel dumber after talking to them, and before sending this review. I typed the review, and then decided to call and talk first, to see if I was being fair. The answer is to tell them to put the 10K mile complimentary service in the computer. Why couldn't they make that suggestion while my wife was there!!!!!!! More
