It was okay My air pressure light came on & that’s the reason I went up there. They put more oil & rotated my tires but didn’t do anything about the light & didn My air pressure light came on & that’s the reason I went up there. They put more oil & rotated my tires but didn’t do anything about the light & didn’t tell me they couldn’t fix it. I got in my car & it was still on so I went back up there to ask why it was still on & finally they told me it was my spare tire that needed air but they couldn’t take of my spare tire cover because it would mess up & break. I have a 2006 RAV4 & I have taking the the cover off before & it has not messed up or broke. I just wish they would have told me that when I was paying so I wouldn’t have been surprised about the light being on when I got in my car. More

Scheduled appointment for oil change - 2 hours!! I’ve been going here for years and the last two times I had a scheduled appointment. Both times it took 2 hours or more before leaving! Before they re I’ve been going here for years and the last two times I had a scheduled appointment. Both times it took 2 hours or more before leaving! Before they required appointments the service was MUCH faster! I did not buy my vehicle from there but I’ve always gotten treated respectfully by the staff and always knew my vehicle would be taken care of. However now I feel the time it takes to change the oil is crazy. I am not sure if I will be back for a basic oil change at this location and it is only 10-12 minutes from my house. The next closest one is 45 minutes and I will still be gone in less than 2 hours! I would only recommend this service department to someone if they were to drop off their vehicle, not to sit and wait. More
