My 5th purchase from Riverside Toyota. I bought my first Toyota from them in 1999. It was covenice that sent me there the first time, and being a woman buying her first car on her on can be I bought my first Toyota from them in 1999. Excellent We were shopping for a Toyota Sienna for 2 weeks in Alabama. After spending a week working with local dealers, we were unable to complete a sale for various reason. It was frustrating. Therefore, we expanded our search outside of Alabama. My husband found a Sienna that met our requirements at Riverside Toyota. My husband spoke to Chris Bowen. We were able to have all the details worked out that day including our financing in Alabama. The only exception was the test drive and trade. We completed this the next day. It was a pleasure working with Chris and Danielle. She finished the sale when we arrived the next day. We decided to look for vehicles at Riverside Toyota because my mom had referred us. She raves and raves about the experience she had at Riverside so we gave them a shot. I am so glad too!! This is the best dealership we have ever been to. From the absolute nicest interactions with every single person (custodian to finance manager), to the no pressure approach, to the constant communication (via email and text message because we were busy at work and couldn’t talk), to submitting the offer letter to us before we got there so we could quickly be in and out, to not judging us on the condition of our trade-in, to the Starbucks coffee machine 😉, and last but not least to our sales person Danielle. Her and the finance manager were the sweetest people and were so genuine in our conversations. I simply can't tell you how pleased we are with our choice to go to Riverside Toyota in Rome. Thank you! Rated Luke Wood 5 Star would have gone higher if optiona Luke went over and beyond for us in finding the problem with the navigation on our new 2018 Camry's system which was not performing to standard.
