No customer service Day after purchase of new rav4 I decided I didn’t like the all black rims. Asked if they could swap the rims out, even from a used vehicle. They took all of 15 seconds to “see what we can do “. Then came back with “sorry we can’t do anything from this end”. Made me feel like I had requested something totally unheard of. So I guess everything is fabulous until you sign in the dotted line then you’re SOL. Bad thing was my sister was going back to purchase a new Camry but will not be back due to poor customer service. I’m sure other dealership would have worked with their customer on something soooooo simple to keep their business and good name. I drove over 2 hours to buy from this dealership due to good reviews but I will be sure to tell everyone I know not to go there. Everyone I talk to says it was ridiculous for them not to fulfill such a simple request. Well Riverside, I hope your decision was worth it. More
